Please note that at the end of the Story Bank Submission form, you will be asked to indicate that you have read and agreed to the Alliance's terms and conditions, which are here.

If you are submitting a story which profiles someone else, like a client, please do not include any real names. If you are submitting a story on behalf of someone else, please review and complete a consent release of information form with the individual(s) profiled in the story.
