Below, please find the Alliance's Terms and Conditions for the Alliance Story Bank. Please note that any information collected through the Story Bank will be at the Alliance's discretion.

Please feel free to adapt and use the Alliance's Terms and Conditions for your own collection of stories from clients.

I authorize the National Alliance to End Homelessness to use my personal story about how my homelessness was prevented or ended. I understand that the Alliance may use my story and accompanying materials in print, online, with reporters, etc.

I understand that my story will be submitted to the National Alliance to End Homelessness’s Story Bank, and that my story could be used as an educational/discussion tool for the Alliances’ partners and funders, reporters, and members of Congress and the Administration; in print materials; on the Alliance’s organizational website, Facebook profile, or blog; and may be excerpted in press coverage.

I understand that I may use a pseudonym to protect my identity. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the Alliance if I choose to do so.

I understand that if I decide that I want to change how my story is published, I should contact the Alliance immediately.
