- Fact Sheet: Housing First: CoCs that can demonstrate at least 75 percent of their project applications use a Housing First approach can receive points on the NOFA.
- Reallocating Permanent Supportive Housing: After years of emphasis on reallocating low performing transitional housing programs, many communities are finding their CoC portfolios almost entirely composed of permanent housing projects. Evaluate these projects and consider reallocation when it would improve the communities’ ability to end chronic homelessness.
