REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AND THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE REGISTRATION

We’d like to thank all of you who have already registered. The response has been overwhelming, and due to a large number of registrations we’ve already received we’ve been forced to close registration. We are no longer taking names to add to a wait list. 

Details

Special Rates: We are pleased to offer a special consumer rate of $115 for consumer conference participants. Individuals who are currently or have recently experienced homelessness are eligible to receive this discounted rate.

Rates Include: Meet & Mingle Event, light breakfast on Thursday, continental breakfast on Friday, lunch Thursday and Friday.

Pending Pay Later option: Online registration may be submitted as pending pay later, please see details below.

Registration Rates

Conference registration does not include hotel or travel costs. Please make sure to register for the conference BEFORE booking airfare.

Early Registration Rate – $465

Regular Registration Rate – $540

Late Registration Rate – $665

  • In order to receive the late rate you must register online by 3pm ET on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, or mail your registration form postmarked by Tuesday, February 13, 2018.
  • If you register at the late rate and choose the “pending pay later” payment option, payment must be received within one week of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within one week of your registration completion, your registration will be cancelled.

Onsite Registration Rate – $740

Available at the conference, February 28 – March 2, 2018, subject to availability

 

Conference Registration Payments

When registering for the conference you can pay online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted), or you can choose the payment option, “pending pay later” to mail your registration payment via check or call-in with a credit card payment. Please note when choosing the “pending pay later” option, payment must be received within 30 days of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within 30 days of registration completion, your registration will be cancelled.

If you register at the late rate and choose the “pending pay later” payment option, payment must be received within one week of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within one week of your registration completion, your registration will be cancelled.

ALL conference registration will CLOSE at 3pm ET on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. Onsite registration (subject to availability) will be available at the conference February 28 – March 2, 2018.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests made in writing and received by Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018 will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Requests made between Friday, Jan. 19 and Thursday, Feb. 13, 2018 will incur a $125 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after Thursday, Feb. 13 will receive no refund.

All mail-in conference cancellations must be received by Jan. 18, 2018 in order to receive a full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee, or be received between Jan. 19, 2018 and Feb. 13, 2018 to receive a full refund minus the $125 cancellation fee.
