What Does Registration Include?

Registration for the Solutions for Individual Homeless Adults Conference is now open. Registration includes access to all education sessions, meet and mingle reception, breakfast snack on Thursday, continental breakfast on Friday, and lunch on Thursday and Friday. Conference registration does NOT include hotel or travel costs. Please make sure to register for the conference BEFORE booking airfare. Conference attendees may register now and pay later using the “pending pay later” option. Details below.

Funders Together to End Homelessness will be holding a Funders Forum the day before the conference, Wednesday, February 20. Private funders, including foundations and United Ways, can learn more and register for the Funders Forum through the Funders Together website.

What Is the Current Registration Rate?

Early Registration: $500

In order to receive the early rate you must register online by 3 p.m. ET on Friday, November 2, 2018, or mail your registration form postmarked by Friday, November 2, 2018.

Consumer Rate: We are pleased to offer a special consumer rate of $115 for individuals who are currently or have recently experienced homelessness.

Late Registration: $675

In order to receive the regular rate you must register online by 3 p.m. ET on Friday, February 1, 2019, or mail your registration form postmarked by Friday, February 1, 2019. If you register at the late rate and choose the “pending pay later” payment option, payment must be received within one week of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within one week of your registration completion, your registration will be canceled.

Onsite Registration: $750
Available at the conference, February 20 – 22, 2019, subject to availability

How Can I Pay?

When registering for the conference you can pay online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted), or you can choose the payment option, “pending pay later” to mail your registration payment via check or call-in with a credit card payment (dial 202 942-8284). Make all checks payable to “National Alliance to End Homelessness” and include the participant(s) name(s) on the memo line. Please note when choosing the “pending pay later” option, payment must be received within 30 days of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within 30 days of registration completion, your registration will be canceled.

If you register at the late rate and choose the “pending pay later” payment option, payment must be received within one week of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within one week of your registration completion, your registration will be canceled.

Pending availability, ALL conference registration will CLOSE at 3 p.m. ET on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 3 p.m. ET. Onsite registration (subject to availability) will be available at the conference February 20 – 22, 2019.

How Can I Cancel My Registration?

Cancellation requests made by Wednesday, January 9, 2019 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between Thursday, January 10 and Friday, February 1, 2019 will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after Friday, February 1, 2019 will receive no refund.
