This course was a great introduction to RRH, so the title was correct. I took this course to help my agency design its own RRH program. I wish there was an opportunity to speak with someone regarding personalized questions on these principles relating to their own RRH program. Also, the training suggested looking at existing data if the program is newer to see program's length of subsidy, specifically within HMIS. As a newer program, it would be helpful to unpack this in the module or include linked studies instead of the blanket statement most people only need short term.
This course helped me understand RRH more.
