Update on the Center for Capacity Building

The Alliance wishes to share a quick update on staffing changes.

Cynthia Nagendra, Director of the Center for Capacity Building (the Center) has accepted a new opportunity as the Executive Director of the University of California – San Francisco Homelessness and Housing Initiative, and today is her last day with the Alliance.

The Alliance is incredibly thankful for Cynthia’s contribution to the organization; more importantly, we are grateful for the impact she has made on ending homelessness across the country. We know she takes a deep commitment and laser-like focus on ending homelessness into her new position, and we look forward to partnering with her in the future.

In this transition, we are thrilled to announce that the Center’s important work will continue under the leadership of its new director, Kristi Schulenberg. Kristi, who has worked as a Senior Technical Assistance Specialist at the Center for the past three years, will build upon her extensive training and technical assistance background to lead the team during this extremely important time. We are excited to see the Center’s work grow under her direction.

If you have any questions regarding the Center’s work, please reach out to Kristi at kschulenberg@naeh.org or 202-942-8296.

We wish Cynthia and Kristi great success on their new endeavors.
