Summit Information
The 2026 Leadership Summit on Ending Homelessness takes place on Monday, March 2, 2026 – Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Sheraton San Diego Resort (1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA 92101).
Registration and Badge Pickup opens on Sunday, March 1 from 3:00–5:00 P.M. and will reopen at 8:00 A.M. on Monday, March 2. You can find more information about the venue and available transportation on the Hotel and Travel page.
Workshop content is sourced both from Alliance staff and from experts in the field. There is not a Call for Presentations for this summit, but submissions for our Call for Speaker Nominations will be accepted through December 12, 2026.
Yes, the 2026 National Conference on Ending Homelessness will be held July 8–10, 2026 in Washington, D.C.
For this event, the Alliance will not require COVID-19 vaccinations. Masks are optional but encouraged. Please review our Health and Safety Precautions below:
Health and Safety Precautions
The Alliance is committed to following all health and safety precautions to maintain a healthy environment for all attendees. Please be aware that these precautions are the minimum requirement while noting that the Alliance continues to monitor the environment and may implement more stringent requirements as the conference approaches.
These Health and Safety Precautions apply to ALL attendees, including all volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and guests. Attendees should check the event website for any changes to these precautions.
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances outside of the cancellation policy, including but not limited to contracting COVID-19 or weather-related issues affecting your ability to attend. If you are unable to attend, we recommend transferring your registration to a colleague.
The regular conference registration fee is $950, and the consumer rate is $125. Registration will be available until Monday, January 19, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. ET or until registration is sold out.

Registration for the three-day conference includes access to all conference sessions and plenaries, a Networking Reception on Monday evening, additional networking opportunities, and continental breakfast and plated lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. Hors d’oeuvers will be provided at the Networking Reception, and drinks will be available for purchase.
If your organization requires payment by purchase order or requires an invoice for payment, please email conference@naeh.org. Invoices can be paid by check or with credit card over the phone. Please reference the Guidelines for Attendee Limits before requesting a bulk invoice.
Cancellation requests made by 11:59 P.M. ET on Monday, January 19, 2026, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and Friday, February 6, 2026 by 11:59 P.M. will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after Saturday, February 7, 2026, will receive no refund.
If someone is able to take your place, you may transfer your registration by February 6, 2026.

The Alliance is pleased to offer a special ‘consumer’ rate for individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or have experienced homelessness within the last five years. A limited number of scholarships are also available for individuals with lived experience of homelessness to attend the conference. Visit our Scholarship page for more information.
Attendees will select their track at the time of registration based on their leadership role. Tracks will determine which Leadership Intensives and Spotlight Sessions the registrant will attend during the summit. Be sure to review the agenda before selecting your track. Any requests to change your track later on will be subject to availability and approval and may not be possible.
Attendees will select their top three preferences for the collaborative strategy labs. Assignments will be made in February 2026 once all registration transfers and cancellations have been processed.
The Alliance offers scholarships to assist individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or have recently experienced homelessness (within the last five years), and cannot afford to cover the full cost of participating in the summit. Scholarship applications will close at 11:59 P.M. ET on Friday, November 28, 2025 or until the application limit has been reached. The Alliance will accept 80 scholarship applications for this event and 20 applicants will be awarded a scholarship to attend. If you have received a scholarship in the last two years, you are not eligible for a scholarship to this summit.
While volunteers from previous conferences are welcome to apply, the Alliance will prioritize volunteer positions for those who have not volunteered in the past. Volunteer opportunities were created for individuals who want to attend the event but are generally unable to afford the registration fee. Please be mindful of this if applying.
Volunteers must arrange and cover the costs of their own transportation and lodging. Volunteers receive complimentary registration to the summit, including access to all sessions, continental breakfast, and plated lunches.
Individuals staffing information tables may not participate in the event (this includes attending both workshops and plenaries) unless they have paid an attendee registration fee.

No. Only two staff are allowed per information table, and rotation of staff during the event is not allowed. Staffers must wear their name badges at all times, or they will be asked to leave the event.
All applications are subject to review and approval. Once you’ve submitted an application online, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Please allow a few days for review. You’ll then receive the approval decision from the Alliance’s Development Manager, Allie Mattil. If you have questions about your application, please contact development@naeh.org.
Once you have been approved to sponsor or exhibit at the event, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions, an additional form to complete, and further details regarding your sponsorship and/or information table. Failure to complete the form and payment by the given deadline will result in your application approval being revoked.
As applicable, you will receive instructions on completing complimentary registrations, accessing the event app, instructions on AV/tech rentals, and shipping instructions for your information table materials. This information will be provided closer to the conference date.

While we do not offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs), we are able to provide you with a letter confirming your registration after the conference has ended. If you would like to request a letter confirming your registration, please contact conference@naeh.org.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for transport to and from San Diego International Airport.
All individuals in the conference space must be registered and be 18+ years of age and wear a conference badge at all times. Unfortunately, the Alliance is not able to offer childcare during the event.
The Alliance will post all workshop PowerPoint presentations received from speakers on the event mobile app within a week following the summit. Workshops are not recorded, but plenaries will be available on the Alliance’s YouTube channel here.
Attendees are encouraged to connect with fellow participants throughout the event, but the Alliance also provides structured opportunities for networking. Join us for the Networking Reception on Monday night, and enjoy breakfast gatherings on Tuesday and Wednesday. Additionally, on Tuesday afternoon, attendees will host Roundtables, allowing for more intimate discussions and deeper engagement with others in the field. Attendees should also take advantage of the summit mobile app, where they can access the community forum to direct message other attendees and enhance their networking experience!
