When is the conference?
The Ending Homelessness: A Virtual Conference will take place online Monday, March 8, 2021 – Wednesday, March 10, 2021. The online event will begin at 12 p.m. ET and end at 5:30 – 6:00 p.m. ET.
How much is registration?
The conference registration fee is $325.00. We also offer a consumer rate of $50.00 for people who are or have been homeless within the last five years.
What is included with registration?
Registration for the three-day conference includes access to all sessions, networking events, and conference swag (t-shirt, hat, and a facemask).
Participants will also receive complimentary access for a limited time (March 1 – March 19) to five introductory courses on the Center for Learning. Course topics include Understanding Homelessness, Housing First, Rapid Re-Housing, Emergency Shelter, and Diversion.
How can I pay for my registration?
When registering for the conference, you can pay online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted). No other payment method is accepted.
After I register, what’s next?
First, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after registering for the event. Please check your spam and junk email folders. Also, add conference@naeh.org to your address list so that you will receive emails about the conference. Closer to the event, you will receive instructions on how to access the online platform to participate in the event and instructions on accessing Center for Learning courses.
Can I view or watch sessions after the conference?
Yes, all conference sessions will be recorded. You will have the ability to access the event platform and view sessions until June 2021.
Something came up, and I can’t attend. What is the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, due to this conference’s virtual nature, we will not honor cancellation and refund requests. Once registered, you will receive access to our online event platform to view plenary and workshop sessions on-demand.
Does the Alliance offer CEUs for attending the conference?
While we do not offer CEUs for our conference, we can provide you with a letter confirming your registration after the conference. You can assemble session descriptions and speaker bios by visiting our conference mobile app. If you would like to request a letter confirming your registration, please contact Aaron Chalmers at achalmers@naeh.org.
Does the Alliance accept proposals for workshop topics and speakers?
Alliance staff plan all workshop content and conduct all speaker recruitment. We are always interested in hearing from the community about recommended speakers and subjects as we plan the conference agenda. If you would like to share your suggestions, use this link to contact us.
I received a scholarship in the past. Can I apply again?
If you have received a scholarship in the last two years, you will not be eligible for a scholarship to the Ending Homelessness: A Virtual Conference.
I just purchased a virtual information table. Can the people staffing the table attend workshops or plenary sessions?
Individuals staffing information tables may not participate in the conference as a registered attendee (this includes attending both workshops and plenaries) unless they have paid an attendee registration fee.
