Express that HUD is creating even more delays.
Lead with informing them that the FY2025 CoC Program NOFO has now been withdrawn without notice so that HUD can make revisions, pausing the process indefinitely and increasing the likelihood for even more severe delays.
Express concerns for the impacts that will come from this timing.
Identify the most significant potential changes for your community and name the specific impacts.
End with a specific request.
