If requesting additional table space only, do not complete this application. Please email development@naeh.org to make that request. Initial table must be purchased separately, or included in purchased sponsorship.

NOTE: At this time, non-sponsor information tables are sold out, but a few remain for sponsorships with information table benefits. Sponsor information tables will be assigned until spaces are full. If you’re interested in a sponsorship with an information table, ensure you select the “Sponsor the Event” option above.

The Supporter level offers one conference registration OR an information table. By selecting “Reserve an Information Table at the Event” in the first question, you have chosen not to receive a conference registration.

Please note that Sponsorships and Info Tables are not reserved or confirmed until (1) you have received an acknowledgement letter and invoice from an Alliance Staff Member, and (2) your payment has been received. Please do not send payment before receiving an invoice from the Alliance.
