Need to cancel a paid or unpaid registration for the 2026 National Conference on Ending Homelessness and Capitol Hill Day? Submit your request here.

Cancellation requests made by 11:59 P.M. ET on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between Thursday, May 28, 2026, and Wednesday, June 17, 2026 by 11:59 P.M. will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after Thursday, June 18, 2026, will receive no refund.

All refunds are subject to approval. Please be advised that registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances outside of the cancellation policy, including but not limited to contracting COVID-19 or weather-related issues affecting your ability to attend. If a colleague is able to attend in your place, consider a transfer request instead.
