Registration and Cancellation

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

We’d like to thank all of you who have already registered. The response has been overwhelming, and due to a large number of registrations we’ve already received, we’ve been forced to close registration. 

For those of you who had planned to register for the conference but were unable to, we are taking names to add to a waitlist, in the event that a spot becomes available.

What Does Registration Include?

Registration for the Solutions for Individual Homeless Adults Conference is now open. Registration includes access to all sessions, the Meet and Mingle on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 and continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, February 20 and 21, 2020. Conference registration does NOT include hotel or travel costs. Please make sure to register for the conference BEFORE booking the hotel and airfare.

Conference attendees may register now and pay later using the “pending pay later” option. Details below.

Funders Together to End Homelessness is again hosting their annual Funders Forum in conjunction with this conference. Private funders, including foundations and United Ways, that are also interested in attending the Funders Forum, should register for both the Funders Forum and the Solutions for Individual Homeless Adults Conference through the Funders Together website.

What Are The Registration Rates?

Registration Rate: $625

In order to receive this rate you must register online by Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at 3 p.m. ET or mail your registration form postmarked by Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

Consumer Rate: $115

We are pleased to offer a special consumer rate for individuals who are currently or have experienced homelessness within the last five years.

Late Registration: $675

Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at 3:05 p.m. ET; Closes Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 3 p.m. ET

If you register at the late rate and choose the “pending pay later” payment option, payment must be received within one week of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within one week of your registration completion, your registration will be canceled.

Onsite Registration: $750
At the conference, February 19-21, 2020, subject to availability

How Can I Pay?

When registering for the conference you can pay online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted), or you can choose the payment option, “pending pay later” to mail your registration payment via check or call-in with a credit card payment (dial 202-942-8257). Make all checks payable to “National Alliance to End Homelessness” and include the participant(s) name(s) on the memo line. Please note when choosing the “pending pay later” option, payment must be received within 30 days of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within 30 days of registration completion, your registration will be canceled.

If you register at the late rate and choose the “pending pay later” payment option, payment must be received within one week of completion of your registration. If payment is not received within one week of your registration completion, your registration will be canceled.

Pending availability, conference registration will CLOSE on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 3 p.m. ET. Onsite registration (subject to availability) will be available at the conference on February 19-21, 2020.

How Can I Cancel My Registration?

Cancellation requests made by Wednesday, January 8, 2020, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between Thursday, January 9 and Friday, January 31, 2020, will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after Friday, January 31, 2020, will receive no refund.

To cancel a registration, submit a request below. Refunds for paid registrations are subject to approval and a cancellation fee. You will receive an email when your refund check has been mailed.

No longer able to attend the conference and want to transfer your registration? Please complete the link below by Monday, February 3, 2020.

After Monday, February 3, 2020, all transfers must be completed on-site.
