Need to cancel a paid or unpaid registration for the 2025 Innovations and Solutions for Ending Unsheltered Homelessness? Submit your request here.

Please note that cancellation requests made by 11:59 P.M. ET on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between Thursday, January 16, 2025 and Wednesday, February 5, 2025 by 11:59 P.M. will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after Thursday, February 6, 2025, will receive no refund.

All refunds are subject to approval. The Alliance will send you a cancellation confirmation email within ten business days.

Please be advised that registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances outside of the cancellation policy, including but not limited to contracting COVID-19 or weather-related issues affecting your ability to attend. If you have any questions, please contact conference@naeh.org.
