Local rural housing organizations can work with Continuums of Care (CoCs) and public housing agencies (PHAs) to provide emergency shelter, transitional or permanent housing, housing vouchers, related staff costs, and more – especially in places where CoC funding has not been used in the past, including Native American lands.
