Joint Transitional Housing/Rapid Re-Housing (TH/RRH): Am I Doing it Right?

The Joint Component of Transitional Housing/Rapid Rehousing was introduced as a new type of project that communities could apply for that combines the activities of a transitional housing project with those of a rapid re-housing project. The joint component is intended to meet pressing challenges that communities are facing by providing a safe place for people to stay – transitional housing – with financial assistance and wrap around supportive services to help them move to permanent housing as quickly as possible. The webinar provides participants with creative ways communities are using the joint component to strategically reduce homelessness.
