Giving to the Alliance means you are directly helping to build on the progress we have made to end homelessness. It also ensures that we will have the opportunity to make even greater strides going forward. The Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization, and all monetary donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by tax laws.

Monthly Giving

By financially partnering with the Alliance on a monthly basis, you create a steady revenue stream we can count on. This convenient option allows you to turn a small monthly donation into a larger annual one without straining your budget. Learn more about how you can join the Changemakers monthly giving program.

In Honor or in Memory

Not sure what to give for a special celebration or holiday? Looking to honor someone who has passed away? When you make a donation to the Alliance in honor or in memory of someone, you give a unique gift that helps end homelessness. You can donate online or by printing and completing our donation form.

Workplace Giving

Workplace giving is an easy and efficient way to make tax-deductible donations to the Alliance through payroll deductions. Many employers will even match your donation! Check here to see if your employer is one of them. Employers also often extend these matching programs to include gifts made through workplace giving campaigns, such as the United Way.

If you are a federal employee, you can give through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC# 10022) ) by designating the National Alliance to End Homelessness as your charity of choice. Check with your employer to learn more about workplace giving and matching gift programs.

Event Sponsorship

Each year the Alliance hosts important events, including two conferences on ending homelessness. By sponsoring these annual events, your organization, company or foundation supports our work to end homelessness while you receive recognition for your generosity, positive PR and a boost to your brand visibility. Donor-Advised Funds

A donor-advised fund is a tax-smart investment that allows you to make a charitable contribution to the Alliance while receiving an immediate tax benefit. Contact your financial advisor to learn more about this increasingly popular charitable giving vehicle. Stocks and Securities

Bequests and Estate Plan Gifts

A bequest is a gift from your estate—a transfer of cash, securities, or other property made through your estate plans. You can make a bequest to the Alliance by including language in your will or living trust leaving a portion of your estate to the organization, or by designating the Alliance as a beneficiary of your retirement account or life insurance policy.
