Rachel Pearsall served as the Alliance’s Online Learning Manager since 2022 before being promoted to Director of Online Learning in 2026. In this role she manages the Center for Learning, a suite of online training resources for homeless services providers, system leaders, and others. Her passion lies in empowering people to engage imaginatively with ideas and to expand their own positive impact. Before joining the Alliance Rachel worked in training and development in the corporate sector.
