The Alliance is pleased to offer a special ‘consumer’ rate for individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or have experienced homelessness within the last five years. A limited number of scholarships are also available for individuals with lived experience of homelessness to attend the conference. Visit our Scholarship page for more information.
The Alliance offers scholarships to assist individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or have recently experienced homelessness (within the last five years), and cannot afford to cover the full cost of participating in the conference. Scholarship applications will close at 11:59 P.M. ET on Friday, May 15, 2026 or until the application limit has been reached. The Alliance will accept 80 scholarship applications for this event and 30 applicants will be awarded a scholarship to attend. If you have received a scholarship in the last two years, you are not eligible for a scholarship to this conference.
While volunteers from previous conferences are welcome to apply, the Alliance will prioritize volunteer positions for those who have not volunteered in the past. Volunteer opportunities were created for individuals who want to attend the event but are generally unable to afford the registration fee. Please be mindful of this when applying.
Volunteers must arrange and cover the costs of their own transportation and lodging. Volunteers receive complimentary registration to the conference, including access to all sessions, continental breakfast, and plated lunches.
Individuals staffing information tables may not participate in the event (this includes attending both workshops and plenaries) unless they have paid an attendee registration fee.
The application deadline for sponsorships and information tables is 11:59 P.M. ET on Monday, June 1, 2026.
Visit the Sponsors/Info Tables page for more information.
Many of your materials were collected on your application. For further details and instructions, please contact the Alliance’s Senior Manager of Individual and Institutional Giving, Allie Mattil, at development@naeh.org.
No. Only two staff are allowed per information table, and rotation of staff during the event is not allowed. Staffers must wear their name badges at all times, or they will be asked to leave the event.
All applications are subject to review and approval. Once you’ve submitted an application online, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Please allow a few days for review. You’ll then receive the approval decision from the Alliance’s Senior Manager of Individual and Institutional Giving, Allie Mattil. If you have questions about your application, please contact development@naeh.org.
Once you have been approved to sponsor or exhibit at the event, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions, an additional form to complete, and further details regarding your sponsorship and/or information table. Failure to complete the form and payment by the given deadline will result in your application approval being revoked.
As applicable, you will receive instructions on completing complimentary registrations, accessing the event app, instructions on AV/tech rentals, and shipping instructions for your information table materials. This information will be provided closer to the conference date.
While we do not offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs), we are able to provide you with a letter confirming your registration after the conference has ended. If you would like to request a letter confirming your registration, please contact conference@naeh.org.
No. The hotel does not offer a shuttle to and from local airports.
All individuals in the conference space must be registered and be 18+ years of age and wear a conference badge at all times. Unfortunately, the Alliance is not able to offer childcare during the event.
The Alliance will post all workshop PowerPoint presentations received from speakers on the event mobile app within a week following the conference. Workshops are not recorded, but plenaries will be available on the Alliance’s YouTube channel here.*
*The Alliance reserves the right to remove plenaries from public viewing at any time.
Attendees are encouraged to connect with fellow participants throughout the event, but the Alliance also provides structured opportunities for networking. Join us for the Networking Reception on Thursday night, and enjoy breakfast gatherings on Thursday and Friday.
Additionally, on Thursday afternoon, programmed roundtables will allow for more intimate discussions and deeper engagement with others in the field. Attendees should also take advantage of the conference mobile app, where they can access the community forum to direct message other attendees and enhance their networking experience!
