The Transatlantic Practice Exchange (the Exchange) provided an opportunity for UK and US professionals in the homeless assistance field to spend up to two weeks in the spring of 2016 with an organization “across the pond” to learn about innovative interventions that were not being implemented in their home communities. The project was generously funded by the Oak Foundation and jointly coordinated by the National Alliance to End Homelessness and Homeless Link.
The Alliance is extremely thankful for the support of the Oak Foundation and the partnership with Homeless Link, which administered the Exchange. It is also thankful for the bright and dedicated US and UK practitioners and the generous and talented organizations that hosted them.
