Need to cancel a paid or unpaid registration for the 2024 Innovations and Solutions for Ending Unsheltered Homelessness? Submit your request here.

Please note that cancellation requests made by 11:59 P.M. ET Wednesday, January 10, 2024, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between Thursday, January 11, 2024, and Monday, February 5, 2024 at 11:59 P.M. ET, will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after February 6, 2024, will not be refunded.

All refunds are subject to approval. The Alliance will send you a cancellation confirmation email within ten business days. If you have any questions, please contact conference@naeh.org.
