The COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging for homeless service providers, and these challenges only continue. But even during these difficult times, there is a lot that leadership can do to stave off employee burnout—and it doesn’t take a big budget to do it.
The Alliance spoke to three homeless service providers about what they’ve done to care for their frontline staff during the pandemic. The following resources are based on these providers’ responses, and can aid homeless service systems and organizations in supporting their staff during these challenging times.
