On Sept. 22, speakers discussed the basics of planning and implementing an unsheltered Point-in-Time (PIT) Count. William Snow of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provided up-to-date guidance on HUD expectations and resources. The planning and implementation strategies of two communities were featured:
