Need to cancel a paid or unpaid registration for the 2024 National Conference on Ending Homelessness and Capitol Hill Day? Submit your request here.

Please note that cancellation requests made by 11:59 P.M. ET on Friday, May 24, 2024, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between Saturday, May 25, 2024, and Friday, June 14, 2024, by 11:59 P.M. will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after Saturday, June 15, 2024, will receive no refund.

All refunds are subject to approval. The Alliance will send you a cancellation confirmation email within ten business days. If you have any questions, please contact conference@naeh.org.
