Speaker Travel & Accommodation Request – February 2025

All requests are subject to approval. Only requests within your remaining budget will be considered.

If you are only requesting an honorarium for this speaker with lived experience and not requesting any travel or hotel accommodations, select 'no' in the travel & hotel sections below and skip to the HONORARIUM ONLY section.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are submitting travel/hotel accomodations for a speaker with lived experience, they will by default receive an honorarium for speaking.

Provide both the session number and title (i.e., 1.01 End Homelessness Now) Remember that ONLY Spotlight Sessions include an 'S' before the session number.

The deadline to submit for hotel rooms is 3 P.M. ET/12 P.M. PT Friday, January 17, 2025. The Alliance cannot accept any speaker room requests past this date.

Do not confirm reimbursement amounts to speakers until you've received the APPROVED amount from Jeania.
