What Does Registration Include?

Registration for the Innovations and Solutions for Ending Unsheltered Homelessness Conference is now open. Registration includes access to all conference sessions and plenaries, the Meet and Mingle on Wednesday March 1, and continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday (March 2 – 3). Conference registration does NOT include hotel or travel costs. Please make sure to register for the conference BEFORE booking hotel and airfare.

Please review the cancellation policy below as well as the Alliance’s Vaccination Policy prior to registering for the conference.

What Are the Registration Rates?

Conference registration is now sold out.

STANDARD RATE: $725.00

Closes January 11, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. EST

In order to receive this rate, you must register online by Wednesday January 11, at 3 p.m. EST.

CONSUMER RATE: $115.00

We are pleased to offer a special consumer rate for individuals who are currently or have experienced homelessness within the last five years.

LATE REGISTRATION: $775.00

Subject to availability.

Closes Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST

ONSITE REGISTRATION: $825.00

At the conference, March 1-3, 2023, subject to availability.

Attendees who register onsite must be prepared to comply with the Alliance Conference Safety Plan by bringing proof of up-to-date* vaccinations before they will be allowed to register.

How Can I Pay?

When registering for the conference you can pay online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted). If you need to pay by purchase order, email conference@naeh.org.

How Can I Cancel My Registration?

Cancellation requests made by 3 p.m. EST Wednesday, January 11, 2023, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Requests made between 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, and 11:59 p.m. EST Wednesday, February 1, 2023, will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after February 2, 2023, will receive no refund.

To cancel a registration, submit a request using the form below. Refunds for paid registrations are subject to approval and a cancellation fee.

Need to Transfer Your Registration?

No longer able to attend the conference and want to transfer your registration? Please complete the form below by the 11:59 p.m. EST Wednesday, February 1, 2023.

After Wednesday, February 1, 2023, no transfers can be accepted.

During the registration process, participants will be asked to check a box agreeing to treat fellow participants respectfully, helping to ensure welcome conversation from all participants. By checking this box, participants also acknowledge that any form of discrimination, violence, or abusive behavior may result in removal from a session, webinar, or conference, depending on the situation.

If any discrimination is witnessed or experienced during this conference or webinar, or if you feel unsafe, please notify any member of the Alliance staff.
