Groups and attendees that are registered to attend the conference are permitted to request meeting space to host private meetings at the conference hotel.
A $100.00 reservation fee will be assessed for all approved meeting requests and space assignments.
Meetings on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning are limited to registered conference attendees only. If you are requesting space for a meeting with registered and non-registered attendees, space is available on Wednesday afternoon.
All requests, must be submitted by Friday, June 17, 2022, and confirmations of meeting space will be sent on a rolling basis.
By submitting this form, the requestor understands that this meeting/event will not be approved should it be in conflict with a Conference on Ending Homelessness function. There is no guarantee of space requested. Meeting space will be assigned based on availability. All expenses associated with the above-mentioned meeting, including AV and Food and Beverage, are the sole responsibility of the company submitting the request. A $100.00 reservation fee will be assessed for approved meeting space.
